Supercar Cruise in Araxova

I used to work with a production company in Greece and I was once invited to film one of the biggest car meets I had ever been to. I collaborated with another filmmaker and we filmed various performance cars, ranging from exotics to German to muscle cars. It was a sight to behold, seeing all these cars in one place. The meet was held in Athens, near the national highway. Since I was in charge of the sound production, I selected a few cars and recorded their sound. I wanted to make sure that we captured the essence of each car, from the powerful engine revs to the exhaust notes. It was important to me that the sound quality was top-notch and we managed to achieve that.

The cars started from Athens and headed towards the city of Araxova, which is located in the mountains and takes around an hour and a half to get there. It was a picturesque route, with the beautiful Greek countryside on one side and the majestic mountains on the other. We had multiple cameras set up along the route to capture the cars from different angles. It was a challenging task, but we managed to pull it off. We had two locations in the city where we managed to get some amazing rolling shots of the cars as they made their way towards the closed ski resort parking. We also managed to get some great footage of some cars doing doughnuts and drifting. It was a thrilling experience, watching these skilled drivers show off their skills on a closed course. Overall, it was an amazing experience, being a part of this production. It was a testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone involved. We managed to capture some amazing footage that will be remembered for years to come. Overall, it was an exciting project to work on, and I was thrilled to be able to provide the client with high-quality videos and photos that exceeded their expectations.
